The January jobs report did little to spark traders into action today. That made for a largely lackluster session full of sideways chop, until a late bit of buying helped the three major equity averages set fresh two-year closing highs..Support for the SPX jumps to 1303 and then 1291, with resistance at 1313 and then 1323. Short term momentum hit extremely overbought early in the afternoon and remained there.Take a look all 1/5/15/60m chart if we want to trade this market.
The coming week brings a heavily of earnings reports, including 13 Dow components.
